Musings, Mt. Buffalo and My Photographic Adventures

With renewed fighting in the Gaza Strip, the shooting down of a Malaysia Airlines commercial jet over Ukraine and the historic repeal of Australia’s Price on Carbon, it has been an especially grim couple of weeks for those interested in international affairs, politics and the environment.

Therefore, I thought I would share some photos from my weekends adventures at Mt. Buffalo in Alpine Victoria, which I hope will remind you of how precious and beautiful the Earth is and that it is worth preserving and fighting for.

Although there are terrible things happening to this planet. There are also millions of dedicated, passionate and determined individuals across the globe who are striving to make the world a better place. It is these individuals and their cause in which I choose to focus my faith attention.

If we stay positive and keep striving to leave the best possible world to the generations yet to come, we have a chance of succeeding in this goal.

“At times the world may seem an unfriendly and sinister place, but believe that there is much more good in it than bad. All you have to do is look hard enough. and what might seem to be a series of unfortunate events may in fact be the first steps of a journey.”
― Lemony Snicket
